Job Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support to the Manager on recruitment, performance review, employee relations, compensation & benefits
• Assist in campus recruitment, job fair and recruitment action projects
• Handle staff insurance schemes and expatriate administration
• Prepare various reports analysis and draft documentation such as manuals, procedures, memo, forms and notice etc
• Organize company events and coordinate ad-hoc projects as required 

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder with Human Resources studies, Business Administration or related disciplines with 5 year(s) relevant experience
• Effective time management, able to complete tasks with priorities and within tight deadlines
• Detail oriented, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing etc;
• Fluency in Mandarin
• Occasional travelling is required
