Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administration and clerical support
  • Support the Institute’s in-house events in HK
  • Assist to plan and coordinate all logistics arrangement for each event
  • Work closely with internal and external parties

Requirements

  • Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
  • 0 to 3 years relevant experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Words, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
