Job Description
Responsibilities:
Reception duties:

Handle incoming calls and general enquiries
- Greet guests and visitors in a professional and polite manner
- Arrange mailing and courier service
Office administration duties:
-
Handle office supplies replenishment, office equipment maintenance, etc
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 2-3 years experience in receptionist role, experience in handling office administration is an advantage
- Cheerful, independent and courteous
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Sound PC knowledge
