Job Responsibilities:

• Take an active role in managing the circle of job posting, drafting job advertisement, seeking candidates, screening cv and arranging interviews
• Explore and develop more effective ways of recruitment channels for enhancing and improving the recruitment performance
• Involve in the contingency development of update staff benefit & HR policy for a company
• Provide data input and update, filing, and administrative support in leave and attendance, candidates data base, staff and benefits records;
• Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payment and MPF
• Manage the general office administration relating to maintenance, services, equipment and stationary
• Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years working experiences in human resources field
• Familiar with HK labor ordinance and related employment legislations
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Officer
