Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, daily operations and service to a team.
  • Perform reception duties, report filing and database maintenance.
  • Handle administration duties such as office supplies ordering, office equipment maintenance and renewal, etc.
  • Assist in any tasks and ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • F.5 graduate or above with min. 1 year relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated, well organized and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in English & Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Chinese word processing, etc.
