Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Perform general receptionist duties including answering incoming calls
Greet and welcome guests, respond to guests enquiries
Arrange conference room reservations and scheduling
Provide office administrative support including procurement of office stationery and equipment maintenance;
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by seniors

Requirements:

Diploma or above
At least 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in sizable organizations
Solid experience as receptionist / administrative would be an advantage
Good telephone manner
Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
Team spirit, Proactive, passionate, energetic and fast paced
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese / English word processing
Immediately available is highly preferred
