Job Description
A well-established US investment company is looking for an administrative assistant to handle general secretarial duties and office services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle travel arrangement for the team: Flights/Hotels/Trains/Ferry/Car bookings
- Assist in flights/Accommodations for overseas staff
- Handle claims for the team: AE settlement and cash expenses
- Assist in coordinating meeting / conference call / Video calls
- Presentation printing and arrange courier delivery
- Assist in general secretarial support
- Procurement of office supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a sizable organization, knowledge and exposure in MNC is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and English)
- Excellent MS Office skills required, i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Details oriented, well organized as well as a good team player
