Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general secretarial duties to senior management.
Requirements:
- Candidate with formal secretarial training is preferred;
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience, preferably with exposure in construction / engineering company;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded and able to work under pressure;
- Well versed in MS Office applications and Chinese word-processing;
- Immediate available is preferred.
