Responsibilities:

Senior Sales Manager is to supervise the merchandising / Sales team in serving customers’ business needs

To work with overseas buyer directly and monitor quotation, product development, production process and ensure smooth logistics and shipment delivery

Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent customer relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline

Purchasing Manager is to source, negotiate, buy and check all related materials for the best quality products at the lowest costs

To ensure accurate delivery from vendors and enforce quality checking according to quality standards, procedures and policies

The above managerial positions need to play key roles in negotiating and closing contracts, maintaining excellent vendor and customer relationships, and collaborating with development team & quality assurance team to implement merchandising strategies and target for business growth and maximizing profitability

Administration Manager is to manage all administrative duties in offices and factory operation, facilities and safety management, purchase of supplies, car pool and transportation, dormitory management, and workers canteen…etc

To supervise a big administrative team to provide quality administrative services within budget

All above positions’ working location in Zhongshan 中山

Requirements:

Diploma or above holder in business management, textile & clothing, or related disciplines, with enriched experiences in handling lingerie items. Administration Manager is expected to be degree holder in business or related disciplines.

Senior Sales Manager must have minimum 8+ years in garment trading and merchandising / Sales team management, can work with buyers independently. Solid Exposures in developing Japan market is an advantage

Purchasing Manager should have minimum 8+ years in sourcing experience of all garment materials and good exposures in logistics management, may communicate with vendors and service providers independently. Tactful in cost negotiation and quality control process

Strong knowledge in garment product development and production process

Administration Manager must have minimum 10 years in office and factory administration experience in China with high capacity to oversee and supervise a big team of administrative staff.

All above managerial positions must have strong team leadership, people resources planning, and project management exposures

Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua; Japanese is an advantage
