Job Description
Admin Clerk 行政文員 / Purchase Clerk 採購文員
Job duties:
- Provide general administration support.
- Mainly responsible for data input and provide clerical support to purchasing department, Monitor inventory to ensure the supply.
- Handle purchase order, invoice and delivery arrangement.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above.
- Good Computer Skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint...) and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Independent with responsibility and able to work under pressure.
- Detail-minded, responsible, positive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
- We are welcome fresh graduates.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be definitely an advantage.
