Job Description

Admin Clerk 行政文員 / Purchase Clerk 採購文員

Job duties:

  • Provide general administration support.
  • Mainly responsible for data input and provide clerical support to purchasing department, Monitor inventory to ensure the supply.
  • Handle purchase order, invoice and delivery arrangement. 

Requirements: 

  • F.5 or above.
  • Good Computer Skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint...) and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Independent with responsibility and able to work under pressure.
  • Detail-minded, responsible, positive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • We are welcome fresh graduates.
  • Candidates with relevant experience will be definitely an advantage.
