Requirements:

• University Degree - Bachelor in Business Administration or other disciplines
• About 3 ~ 5 years practical experience is highly preferred
• Good knowledge in administration and HR functions
• Able to take up other added jobs such as to look after the smooth running of accounting or sales & marketing operations is even more favorable
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese including speaking Putonghua fluently
• Able to draft commercial correspondence, emails, office circulars, etc. in good English and Chinese is essential

• To handle all-round office administration and HR functions with good interpersonal communications skills
• To draft commercial correspondence / emails, office circulars, etc. in good English and Chinese
• Able to take up other added jobs such as to search information from websites or to partially help in sales & marketing functions will even be more favorable
• To assist in all-round general affairs and ad hoc matters
