Job Description
About the role:
Team Management:
- Hire potential consultants to grow the team
- Involve in strategic planning and execution to improve team sales
- Leading, coaching and mentoring recruitment consultants
- Business continuity planning and career progression planning for members
- Involve in quarterly performance appraisals
- Management reporting on sales and employee matters
Business Development:
- Consultation and management of both clients and candidates
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients through telemarketing, market research and business visits
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent
- Relationship selling and negotiation to achieve win-win solutions for clients and company
Qualifications:
- Min. Degree in Business-related fields
- Min. 5 years of corporate sales experience in any industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Excellent command of English & Chinese, both written and verbal
- Proactive, Positive & Adaptive
- Collaborative with peers and colleagues to drive involvement and engagement
