Responsibilities:

• To provide one-stop human resources solutions to Operations
• Handle all round HR functions including the processing of compensation & benefits, staff recruitment, movement and ad hoc projects
• Update and maintenance of HR system and prepare reports on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Working experience in all-rounded human resources functions including payroll administration preferred but not essential
• Attention to detail, organized, result-oriented, analytical and methodical
• Independent, takes the initiative & ownership for completing assignments to a high standard and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Good in computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
• Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
