Reporting to Director of Human Resources, the candidate will assist and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, employee relations and learning & development in a people-oriented and dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities 

• Enforce and implement HR policies and procedures
• Create, implement and drive HR Programs to achieve organizational goals
• Offer full range of quality HR services included providing advices and insights to line managers 

Job Requirements

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources management in which 4 years’ in supervisory role with sizeable companies, preferably in service or hospitality industry
• Possess all-rounded HR experience from recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits to learning & development
  
• Proactive, self starter and enjoy to work in people-oriented environment
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  
• Proficient in MS-Office applications particularly in Excel
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
