Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Provide various human resources functions including recruitment, manpower planning, payroll processing and other compensation & benefits issues
- Prepare regular reports such as headcount, attendance, employment movement etc. for group management review
- Manage all benefits administration works including pension, insurance, medical claims and leave application
- Work closely with Finance team to maintain updated employment data and record
- Monitor staffs' daily attendance record
- Handle tax return or other ad-hoc tasks
Job requirement:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or the equivalent
- At least 3 years experience relevant experience in all round HR, C&B also Recruitment
- Capable to work multi-tasks, well organized and detail-minded
- Strong numeric sense, analytical and good interpersonal skills
- Good communications skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
