Responsibilities

• Provide sales administrative supporting services to our clients, vendors and internal staff.
• Coordinate all pre-and-post-sales activities, including client’s invoicing and payment.
• Maintain an accurate database of customer information and check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Provide customer service responding to queries or requests.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above with 1 year of sales support experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Chinese Word Processing.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. 
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
