Our client is a multi-brands store operator on lifestyle products.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all spectrum of human resources services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational development and change management;
• Recruitment and Resourcing: Oversee the process of recruitment and resourcing and advise the team on the search approach and selection criteria to attract talents;
• Organization Development: Ensure HR policies, guidelines and procedures align with business goals;
• Compensation and Benefits: Plan for the compensation and benefits strategy, policies including annual pay and benefits budget and execute into different countries;
• Change Management: Build up high performance culture by driving transformation and change management programmes.
• Liaise with senior executives on strategic HR planning for HK, Macau, China and South East Asia region.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 10 years of experiences in human resources, preferably in retail or FMCG industry;
• Knowledge in Hong Kong / China labour law;
• Proactive with good people management, co-ordination and analytical skills;
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
