Our Client is an insurance broker under a Financial Group in Hong Kong and China, which provides a one-stop investment platform for both corporate and individual customers to cater for their own needs. Client's platform provides a different kind of services, including financial investment, general insurance and personal insurance, corporate financing and investment immigration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with insurers to operate the administrative works
• Coordinate with internal departments to promote the products to business partners/clients
• Act as a technical representative to sign the policy for the client.
• Follow up all the outstanding/pending of the policy until the policy is fully in force.
• Follow up client request and provide quality after-sales services
• Partner with channel/sales managers to meet clients by appointment

Requirements

• Post-secondary education
• Qualified with IIQE will be an advantage 
• Minimum 1 years of insurance-related background will be an advantage. Fresh graduate is also welcome
• Knowledge in insurance products, preferably in the broker field
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is an advantage
