Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of compensation and benefit functions such as payroll, tax filing, MPF calculation, leave management, final payment arrangement, EC case handling in a timely and accurate manner;
• Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in the HRIS;
• Assist in the planning and implementation of various HR programs, initiatives and projects which include benefit surveys and HR information system enhancement, etc.;
• Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review;
• Participate in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in sizable company;
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations in Hong Kong;
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
• A team player;
• Proactive, responsible, independent and attention to details;
• Immediately available is preferred
