Overview:

This secretary must be able to handle multi-tasks; dealing with MD personal affairs and helping MD in liaison with his company business.

Other Duties:

• Independently handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties
• Facilitate and organize general meetings as well as Management meetings including contact board members, attend meetings and take minutes.
• Assist MD to liaise on business issues, proactively to alert him.
• Update, maintain and file all records and keep things confidential
• Organize travel arrangements and handle expenses reports
• Liaise and follow up with internal department heads both HK and overseas regarding MD’s given assignments.
• Provide other administrative/HR support as and when required.
• Handle Ad Hoc Duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder with formal secretarial training
• 5 years or above with similar position and expereince  
• Handle secretarial work & personal assistance duites to senior management/CEO.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin.
• Mature, smart, good team player, supporting attitude.
• Multitasking, detailed and well organized
