Job Description:
- Support HR duties, e.g. recruitment, events organizing, district event
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Manager
- Coordinate Manager meetings and prepare necessary materials
- Prepare reports, presentation materials and any other documents as assigned
- Support ad hoc assignments when required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above, within Business Administration or related discipline an advantage
- 1 year or above working experience
- Demonstrable skills in computer literacy (MS office) will be required for this role, LinkedIn, AI and PS is an advantage
- Excellent written English and Chinese, with Putonghua proficiency an advantage
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
- Immediate availability preferred
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 0900 – 1800, Sat 0900 – 1200/1300
Location: Causeway Bay
Salary: Basic Salary plus Commission
