Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer service hotline and sales order calls;
- Co-ordinate with related parties to ensure delivery of sales orders;
- Prepare sales contracts for approval and provide administrative support including document filing etc.;
- Working schedule: 8:30 am- 5:30 pm / 9:30 am- 6:30 pm.
Requirements
- HKCEE/DSE graduate or above;
- 1-2 years' relevant working experience, experience in handling sales orders / customer services hotline is preferred;
- Proficiency in Chinese word processing and Excel.
