Main Role Summary:

Reporting to the Country Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for the China office (both Beijing and Shanghai) comprises of both local and regional employees.

A trusted advisor, the incumbent will partner closely with the management team members and ensuring the HR strategies are aligned with business goals.

The key areas of focus include Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Succession Planning.
- Additionally, the incumbent would also be responsible for mentoring and developing junior HR team members
