Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with contractors, clients and workers.
- Provide clerical support to other Operation Teammates.
- Assist in preparation monthly roster of deployed staff.
- Draft minutes and notices.
- Support Ad Hoc Tasks.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or Above
- Good in Chinese, English and Putongua
- Good Command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience in supervisory level is highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in admin / clerical support is an advantage
- Team player, good interpersonal skill and strong senses of responsibilities.
