We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our expanding family with the following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full secretarial, administration support and personal assistance (both business and personal affairs) to CEO
• Organize and manage appointments. Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events
• Handle diary/agenda and meeting materials preparation
• Coordinate the preparation, proofreading, translation and distribution of agendas, letters, presentations reports and other documents in both English and Chinese
• Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments from time to time as required

Requirements:

• 5 years’ or above secretarial and PA experience
• University degree with formal secretarial training
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to handle multi-tasks independently and strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
• Well versed in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
