We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as Assistant Administration Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing full spectrum of office administration function, including but not limited to office supplies procurement, telecommunication arrangements, facilities maintenance and management;
• Supervise drivers team to guarantee excellent driving services are provided to Senior Management and VIP guests;
• Formulate and implement office administration policies and procedures and ensure smooth daily operations;
• Assist in liaising and coordinating with PRC Headquarter and overseas offices to organize events;
• Operate expense claim system to monitor cost and expenses for all administrative related activities and ensure the compliance with corporate expense guideline;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or equivalent;
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable companies;
• Previous work experienced in telecommunication industry with supervisory level is preferred;
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail-minded;
• Well organized, independent and multi-tasking;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Immediately available is preferred
