Job Duties
- Prepare report, data entry and formatting
- Maintain and update staff movement and filing systems
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative support
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects
Ideal Candidate
- F.5 / DSE / Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline
- Willing to learn, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word;
- Detail-minded, organized & willing to learn
- Good command of English
