Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job
Monitor the entire recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding and through efficient and efficient coordination and administration that to support the hiring needs across key locations including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
Specific Job Responsibilities
Daily Recruitment
- Monitor the end-to-end recruitment services including but not limited to job advertisement, CV screening & shortlisting, interview arrangement, employment offering to assigned technical and back-office support positions
- Act as key contact point with HR Shared Services Team on progression of candidate paper work and all necessary pre-employment background screening are in place
- Daily management of the career inbox, ensuring a timely and efficient response to all candidate applications or R&R related queries
- Responsible for document control and database management for all standard documentation that supports the R&R processes.
- Ensure all recruitment & resourcing process are followed under the Company R&R policy
- Keep track the recruitment expense and approval progress.
- Manage and drive the work visa registration process, coordinate accommodation and shipment arrangement for staffs relocating to HK and Macau through department secretary
- Ensure timely and accurate MI reports and statistics including vacancy summary, new joiner & leaver summary, recruitment cost & expenses
- Providing support in the delivery of ad hoc recruitment or HR related projects and activities
Campus Recruitment
- Undertake all administrative and logistical support surrounding the arrangement of campus recruitment (assessment centre, recruitment talk, career fair and company visit)
- Conduct Graduate Assessment program including CV screening and selection, interview arrangement as well as to act as a facilitator running the Assessment Day
- Administer and maintain accurate application details and assessment feedbacks are securely logged in record
Person Specification
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 year working experience in HR field preferably from an international organization
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong and Macau labour ordinance
- Understanding of global mobility practice would be ideal but not essential
- Attention to detail with good decision making skills
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English, Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
- Proactive, self-driven, good attitude, independent and a good team player
- Be flexible to adapt changes, able to handle multi task and priorities work load
- Experience in using Taleo would be ideal but not essential
