Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:

Working as part of the HR team, this role provides HR support in the development and delivery of the people plan, transactional elements of HR.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, the HR Coordinator will work collaboratively within the country HR team to support the D&E business and continually improve the HR proposition and service.

To support Human Resources activities, such as staff recruitment and onboarding, coordinating staff benefits and compensation, support payroll, taxation and staff insurance schemes and organizing staff training and development in line with company policies and local employment law obligations

Assisting with the annual salary and bonus review.

Support the pre-on boarding process

Monitor the work visa application for Hong Kong and ensure the legal requirement for the work status is met.

Assisting in staff communication activities and ad-hoc issues
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
- Good communication skill in Chinese and English
- Demonstrable knowledge of HK employment ordinance and visa application procedure.
- Strong team player, adaptive and proactive attitude.
