• To assist HR & Admin Department to perform all-round administration duties, including but not limited to maintenance of equipment and facilities, office housekeeping, procurement of office supplies (i.e. stationery ordering, pantry items etc.)
• Handle incoming calls and reception duties in a professional manner
• Provide HR service such as leave management, MPF, taxation, cost analysis, payroll administration, handling employee attendance
• To organize company activities (i.e. annual dinner, birthday party, Christmas party, etc.)
• Occasional outdoor work
• To perform other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE level or diploma holder in Human Resources Management /Business Administration related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in handling office administration & HR related duties
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Detail-minded, positive and with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese/Chinese
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
