KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBLITY

  • Perform a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities to process monthly payrolls to include computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for pay-check advances and processing terminations
  • Provide information to the employees by answering questions and requests regarding payroll and social legislation
  • Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Welcome new employees and explain working conditions & benefits at SWIFT
  • Liaising with insurance broker and insurance providers for insurance renewal of all the APAC countries
  • Communicate changes in the employee population to the insurance providers – perform data validation and check related invoices
  • Benefits administration for the APAC countries
  • Coordinator for training that held within the APAC countries
  • Take part to any broader HR projects

 

Education

  • University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

 

Experience

  • At least 5+ relevant professional experience in a similar function within an international company
  • Excellent knowledge of APAC Employment Law
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, and other MS Suites
  • High integrity, confidentiality and discretion
  • High level of accuracy, autonomy, customer orientation and team spirit
  • Must possess strong analytical skills
  • Experience in Information Technology industry will be an added advantage
  • Experience in using SAP and Workday will be an added advantage

 

Professional knowledge and expertise

  • Strong communication skills, must be able to communicate with people at all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities
  • Open minded with flexibility and able to work under flexi desk environment
  • Curiosity mindset
