What you will do

• Understand the culture and hiring needs of different companies / identify candidates’ strengths and expectations, through regular calls and in-depth meetings
• Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships
• Provide market insights to companies and candidates. For example, salary benchmarking, hiring trends, talent development / career planning advice and CV-writing and interview skills
• Source and screen suitable talent pools, through various channels including database, referrals, job boards and LinkedIn
• Arrange interviews for candidates, manage expectations of both companies and candidates from introductory calls / meetings to offer negotiations
