Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the office, including ordering office stationeries, maintenance of IT equipment, etc
• As contact point of office renovation, security system / equipment maintenance, furniture maintenance and purchase
• Responsible for tenancy monitoring
• Assist in human resources matters, like reference check and on-boarding for new join staff, etc
• Consolidate data for various reports
• Perform reception duties when Receptionist is off
• Supervise Office Assistants
• Assist in uniform handling and distribution
• Co-ordinate PRC documents for Associate HR & Admin Director
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisors

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in Administration
• Self-motivated and meticulous with a strong sense of responsibilities
• Good analytical skills, good time management and fast paced
• Willing to work overtime
• Good communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS office
