Job Description
Responsibilities for Company Secretarial Assistant:
-
Assist supervisor to handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters;
-
Maintain and handle full set of company statutory records for local and oversea companies;
-
Prepare board minutes and corporate related documents;
-
Update and maintain filing system;
-
Provide general administration support to the department; and
-
Handle ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements for Company Secretarial Assistant:

Holder of Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in company secretarial or related discipline;

At least 1 year working experience in Company Secretarial services;
-
Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-
Proficient computer skills, e.g.Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word Processing;

Immediate availability preferred; and
-
New Graduates will also be considered
