Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to a team of consultants
• Handle candidates’ enquiries and identify their current situation and expectations
• Manage candidate registry and update candidates’ status from time to time
• Co-ordinate with consultants to share candidate information effectively
• Carry out market analysis and work as researcher
• Assist the team in general administrative work
• Perform ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements

• Interest in Recruitment Industry
• Non-degree tertiary or DSE graduate
• At least 1-2 years of working experience (experience in recruitment or HR companies is an advantage)
• Good command and verbal skills in both English and Chinese
• Business level in Japanese is a must
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word and Japanese processing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
