Job Responsibilities

Handle the daily operations, lead the team and act as the duty point of contacts to ensure smooth operations.

Liaise with customers, vendors and forwarders for the provision of smooth processing and logistic flow.

Coordinate with agents for cargo handover, delivery and documents.

Handle shipping arrangement (include shipping and operation documents) and closely monitor delivery schedule.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Occasional business trip.

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in logistics/business related field.

At least 3 years of experience in logistics field, senior coordination/operations position.

Organised, responsible and good time management skill.

Able to work independently and is a quick learner.

Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.

Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Good team player and positive personality.
