Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round executive support to the Vice-President of Engineering;
• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support;
• Assist in projects planning and execution;
• Handle minutes, reports and documents as required;
• Organize, coordinate and participate in events and meetings;
• Other ad-hoc duties and projects;

Qualification:

• Bachelor holder or above;
• 1-2 related working experience;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Personable, detail-minded, organised, self-motivated, independent and able to work under tight deadlines;
• Dynamic, innovative, confident, hardworking and willing to learn;
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred;
