Job duties:

• Provide full spectrum of quality HR services, including payroll calculation, recruitment, company benefits and leave management
• Maintain accurate and update staff records in the HR management system
• Work closely with units and provide clerical support
• Provide administrative and logistics support on staff training and development
• Handle incoming calls
• Perform other HR related duties as assigned 
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Management discipline is preferred
• Proficient in computer skills including Chinese and English word processing, MS. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communications skill
• A good team player and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate availability is preferred
  
  

 Less experience can be considered as Human Resources Clerk.
