Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To speed up talents recruitment for company expansion in all areas.
  • To manage the full spectrum of human resources management, payroll, benefits, welfare contribution calculations and sales commission administration.
  • Formulate overall manpower budget and costing of the group.
  • Design remuneration packages for all levels of staff including grade and pay ranges, fixed and variable pay components as well as benefits provision to ensure market competitiveness and alignment to the business objectives.
  • Develop and manage staff compensations and benefits programs and reward system including pay review and incentive schemes, work related allowances, retirement benefits, medical schemes, staff insurance and other fringe benefits.
  • Oversee office general administration including receptionist, sales order processing, office renovation/relocation, facilities maintenance, travel arrangement and etc.
  • Take the lead role to implement ad-hoc projects for company development.
  • Manage all administration functions and project in cost savings approach and high efficiency standard.

Key Requirements:

  • University graduate major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Around 10 years’ solid HR experience in sizable company with 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong experience in effective talent recruitment.
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, and China Labour Law is a plus.
  • High level of confidentiality with high ethical standard is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills with good business acumen and a strong sense of business governance.
  • Solid knowledge with Sales Incentive Program is highly preferred.
  • With good sense of logical & strategic thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enhance effectiveness with all levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results driven person that able to lead and work as a team leader.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
