- University Graduated
- Strong knowledge of Insurance Industry & agency recruitment
- 5-8 Strong HR experience, of which at least 4 years experience in sizable insurance company
- Hands on experience in developing trusworthy relationship with field force & management
- Stable team player with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Fluent in both English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- More experience to be consider as Senior Manager (team lead)
