Job Description

ü Responsibilities:

• Arrange and participate for meetings between team members, and between team members and clients

• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings

• Record meetings minutes

• Keep detailed project notes and records

• Create project schedules

• Create task lists for team members

• Monitor project progress, budget, etc…

• Track and manage incoming paperwork, ensure all documentation is appropriately maintained for each project

• Provide administrative support as needed

üRequirements:

• Bachelor Degree in business or related field of study

• 3-5 years experience

• Fluent spoken and written in Chinese and English, French is a plus

• Verbal, written and presentation skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Competency in applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to work on tight deadline and to travel (China Mainland)
