Job Description
This is Sourcing office - 100 staff in HK
Responsibilities:
- 60% HR , 40% admin
- Handle HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management etc.
- Provide full spectrum of general administration and clerical duties, such as manage office supplies, office equipment maintenance, office supply orderings, office stationery printing
- Organize and maintain office facilities and safety
- Handling the supplier contract, quotations and payment transactions to comply our procurement requirement
- Assist in organizing company’s activities and staff events;
- Assist in ad-hoc HR and Admin. projects
- Handle payroll
Requirement:
- University graduate.
- Minimum 4-6 years HR & Admin experience.
- Responsible, independent
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
