Requirements:

• F.6 or above
• 1 year relevant working experience in export firm
• May consider no experience candidate if he/ she is a good learner
• Fluent in Putunghua and general written and spoken English
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
• Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned
• Strong initiative, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, being a good team player and able to perform multi-tasks
• Immediate available

Responsibilities:

• Play an assistant role to handle full set import/export documents (invoices, packing list, B/L, Forms), and shipping arrangement.
• Opening L/C and prepare bank documents
• Liaise with China and Asia suppliers, Sea/Air forwarders & customers to control/monitor timely and accurate shipping arrangement
• Perform document checking and ensure shipment on time and documents are accurate
• Communicate with factories, shipment schedules follow up & data input
• QC Inspection booking arrangement
