Job Description
CLIENT DETAILS
Our client is an European based company, Hong Kong is the regional office for APAC and worldwide market. The current office is 20,000 square feet and they are expanding now. It is a sizeable company with multi-cultural working environment.

On duty training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general HR administrative support and services
Responsible for general HR office work
Support on the correspondence management
Other HR & Admin tasks as assigned by HR & Admin Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years of HR and Admin working experience
Fluent English speaking, listening and writing is required
Experience in working visa procedure and housing arrangement
Arrange air ticket and hotel accommodation for staff
Prepare document for staff on-boarding
Detailed minded with initiatives in dealing with various people in a multi-cultural environment
Fast learner, independent and willing to learn attitude
