Our client is one of the leading luxury retail group. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an Operation Assistant (Travel Retail) to join the team.

The Job:

• Provide full administrative & clerical support to retail operations team
• Monitor & prepare daily sales report & analysis
• Monitor the performance of sales team to improve the KPI factors
• Co-ordinate with different office teams and acts as one of the main contact point between office and stores 
• Monitor the duty roster planning and maintain all attendance records of team members
• Prepare sufficient information to shop in regarding the new product launch, special products promotion and marketing planning and support respective events when necessary 
• Support ad hoc projects when necessary 

The Candidate:

• Diploma or above with minimum 2 - 3 years relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience of the retail operations management
• Good communication, team work and problem solving skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word and Power Point
• Strong analytic skills and detailed minded
