Job Description
Job duties:
- Managing coordination work for our education centre.
- Providing support in reception area such as greeting students and parents.
- Responding to incoming calls & enquires in a courteous and tactful manner.
- Scheduling and coordinating lesson plans for classes.
- Keeping updates and accurate records on daily finance of the company.
- Assisting in office supplies ordering and equipment maintenance arrangements.
- Occasional outdoor work is required such as cheques bank-in, mailing, document collection and delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, punctual and multi-tasking.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience in accounting, finance or customer service are preferred.
Benefits:
- Any necessary training, and MPF.
- * Salary: $11,000 per month with high commission.
- Working Hours: 10:30pm to 7:30pm (Tuesdays to Saturdays)
