Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the department, including email enquiries, incoming calls
- Greeting clients and incomers in a polite and professional manner
- Handle office administration and general clerical duties support
- Assist internal staff activities such as submit the medical claims, organizing company events
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ working experience in admin/ secretarial/ HR fields, preferably in MNC environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook/ Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
- Have a strong sense of confidentiality for handling confidential information
- Detail minded, with good communication and interpersonal skill (Chinese and English)
