ARE is a charity that operates an employment agency social enterprise project specializing in placing well-educated job seekers aged 50 or above.

This position DOES NOT REQUIRE achieving sales/ successful matching quota

Job Duties:

• Handle registration forms and job orders 
• Visit and attend meetings with clients (employers) and conduct interviews with job seekers
• Maintain and update job matching database
• Manage the entire recruitment process including short-listing candidates, writing appraisal & presenting candidate's profile to client, and assisting in negotiating remuneration packages and terms of employment
• Procure new clients by, for example, conducting seminars as speaker to promote our unique services
• Execute ad-hoc business development assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, 
• At least 2 years’ experience in headhunting or employment law
• Possession of sales skills and public speaking experience is preferred
• Excellent in written English, good in written Chinese & spoken English, native in Cantonese
