Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise C&B Teams to handle all C&B administration and transactions related to but not limited to payroll, benefits, pension and transfers
  • Assist the supervisor to manage the company salary administration programs including the development and maintenance of position evaluations and salary benchmarking and salary proposals for new entrants, re-designation, relocation or transfers
  • Participate in the design and tracking of incentive/ bonus programs for all applicable employee groups
  • Handle annual salary reviews and promotion processes to recommend plans and guidelines for improvement, review and renew programs through market survey data, best practices and business strategies and recommend improvement regularly
  • Handle annual budget at corporate level for both HR and Administration functions.
  • Review and enhance company’s compensation mix and benefit schemes to ensure cost effectiveness and market/ industry competitive
  • Participate and drive projects pertaining to Compensation & Benefits
  • Work independently across teams to complete assigned projects
  • Assist in review/ streamline the SOP of the Payroll administration
  • Handle any adhoc responsibilities as assigned by superior

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing Compensation & Benefits and payroll teams, of which at least of 5 years’ experience in regional team lead capacity
  • Well-versed in local and/ or overseas (mainly CN, SG, MY, TW, PH, & IND) Employment Ordinance & related regulations
  • A thorough understanding of Human Resources laws and policies and the ability to monitor and support legal and ethical business practices for Human Resources related issues
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office and preferably SAP knowledge.
  • Willing to travel overseas occasionally
