Our client, a government-funded organization promoting digital and information technology, would seek for Programme Executive / Assistant (Project Administration) to support their team.

Job Description

• Responsible for administration and implementation of programmes and events
• Handle applications and reimbursement of programme
• Assist in programme/event logistic and administrative support
• Ensure compliance with the appropriated guidelines, polices and approved internal controls
• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in business administration, or related discipline
• At least 2 years experience in administration field; less experience would be considered as Project Assistant role
• Experience in Government / NGO setting would be advantage
• Good communication skills and PC knowledge
• Immediate available
